As I understand it. I have followed the Jedi teachings for quite some time. According to what I have learned that there is neither the light or dark side of the Force. All must seek for themselves as to the true nature of what the Force means to each and everyone of us. To say that there can only be the light sight or the dark side would be making a gross understatment. There is only what we would use our gifts for as Jedi. To persue power for selfish means would be to serve only the single. But to serve the higher good would be to deploy the Force or inner spirit to a position that would serve the greater good. To be a force for good one should contrbute and sacrufice of the self to become greater. Meaning that to give with out thought of return. Sacrifice your ego to become greater to others. Bring forth the light that is in you to others and be a light to those around you. Come out from the shadows and embrace your true potential. The Jedi Order was founded as the Fellowship of Jedi in early 2007 (probably January). After a period of inactivity from June onwards, it was renewed as The Jedi Order by Trepe on 16 June 2008.
